Two new members have recently joined Écoscéno’s Board of Directors: Émilie Chabot, Director of Development and Programming at the Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles, and Tania Orméjuste, an independent consultant in management and communications. Émilie Chabot
Driven by a desire to contribute to a creative, progressive, and inclusive society, Émilie Chabot has devoted her entrepreneurial skills to the non-profit sector for over 20 years. An empathetic manager and attentive listener, she stands out for her ability to mobilize teams, lead change, and transform ideas into impactful, structured projects.
Since 2021, Émilie has served as Director of Development and Programming at Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles, where she contributes to the visibility and strategic evolution of this emblematic hub of Montréal’s creative life. She previously held the position of Director of Strategic Development within the organization, helping to strengthen its strategic direction and key partnerships.
Her career has also led her to the Maison de l’innovation sociale as a consultant, as well as to the Conseil des arts de Montréal, where she worked for five years, notably as Associate Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships. In this role, she developed lasting alliances and philanthropic strategies benefiting the cultural sector. Specializing in program design and implementation, partnership development, and philanthropy, Émilie adopts a collaborative and structured approach. Her inclusive leadership helps build strong, innovative organizations that are deeply engaged with their communities.

Tania Orméjuste
Tania Orméjuste supports leaders and their teams in successfully carrying out organizational transformation projects through a human-centered, strategic approach deeply rooted in the realities of organizations. With over 20 years of experience, she has developed cross-sector expertise that allows her to navigate with ease between the private, cultural, and community sectors.
Throughout her career, Tania has contributed in a variety of demanding organizational contexts. At Cirque du Soleil, she supported change communication initiatives in an environment shaped by international growth and creative innovation. At the Conseil des arts de Montréal, she led communication strategies and programs serving Montréal’s cultural community. She also worked with CECI, where she supported organizational transformation processes in multicultural and international contexts.
These experiences have shaped a unique strategic vision : understanding both the challenges faced by private companies and those of non-profit organizations, while bridging local realities with global perspectives. Her approach is grounded in clear principles : listening before proposing, co-creating tailored solutions, engaging teams in change, and aiming for concrete and sustainable results.
